Person - Centered Approach: I take a person-centered approach to therapy meaning that my priority is to meet you where you are and to work in collaboration with you toward therapy goals based on what is important to you and where you currently are in your healing journey. I believe that all clients have the inherent ability for personal growth and self-healing. 

Empirically based and Biblically informed: I provide therapy modalities that have proved effectiveness through scientific research while integrating faith-based principles and practices for clients who wish their faith to be in integral part of their healing.

​EMDR and ART: Experienced in using multiple forms of trauma therapy and bilateral stimulation to help clients process trauma and desensitize intense and debilitating emotions. 

Insurance: In-network with most major insurance companies for convenient financial access to therapy.
